Viding.ai is a web application for AI-powered video compression based on AIVH's patent-pending EGSVE technology (U.S. Utility Application 19/357,125). Work remaining: (1) Fix the /compress page layout — side-by-side before/after comparison UI has a CSS layout bug, (2) Complete the upload pipeline — video file upload to processing queue, (3) Wire the EGSVE compression backend — integrate the C++/Python compression engine via API, (4) Build the results display — show compression ratio, PSNR quality score (~38 dB), encoding speed (2.5-3x faster), CPU reduction (40-50%), (5) Add download compressed file feature, (6) Add comparison player — play original vs compressed side by side, (7) Stripe paywall for files over 500MB. Deliverable: Live at viding.ai with working compression. Acceptance: Video uploads, compresses, results show PSNR and ratio, download works.
